Graphic Designer

Are you a creative Graphic Designer with a passion for branding, digital design, and e-commerce? We're looking for someone who can help bring our brand to life through engaging visual content across our website and marketing channels.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote / Flexible

Do you enjoy helping people and providing outstanding customer service? Karen Foster Brisbane is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll help ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email.

  • Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, and product questions.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Work closely with our fulfillment partners to resolve delivery issues.

  • Help improve our customer experience through thoughtful communication.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • A customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Experience with Shopify or customer support software is an advantage.
