Karen Foster Brisbane operates using an international fulfillment model. Many of our products are shipped directly from our trusted manufacturing partners rather than from a local warehouse. This helps reduce unnecessary waste, lowers storage costs, and minimizes our environmental impact.

Because of this fulfillment process, approved returns must be sent to our designated international return warehouse.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.

  • You must contact us before returning any item.

  • Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Show no signs of washing, damage, stains, odors, or excessive handling.

Trying on clothing for sizing is acceptable, but items that have clearly been worn cannot be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings

  • Personal care items

  • Certain accessories where hygiene regulations apply

Sale, clearance, and promotional items are considered final sale unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.

  • International shipping costs

  • Customs duties or import/export fees

  • Any costs associated with returning the parcel

We strongly recommend using a fully tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that cannot be confirmed as delivered.

Karen Foster Brisbane cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.


11. Lost or Delivered Packages

If the shipping carrier confirms that your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout, the order will be considered fulfilled.

Karen Foster Brisbane is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
